ResearchCrowd is led by Catherine (Doctor of Education), who is keen to improve the way we do research in Australia. Before establishing ResearchCrowd, Catherine worked in a number of universities, where she conducted research projects with a focus on improving Indigenous women’s education, employment and everyday lives. A proud descendant of the Gamilaroi Nation on her mother’s side and the Cypriot Nation on her father’s side, Catherine is dedicated to research that helps to improve the lived experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, children and their families and communities.
We are connected to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across all states and territories in Australia. We work in close, collaboration with local communities. We rely on their guidance and direction in ensuring our services are cultural-solid and context-specific.
We also provide sub-contracting opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Indigenous businesses.
